It's a regular business conversation. I was kind of unsure on how to translate it because "taken care of" in the context did not really mean "paid". It was a vague argument.

Podrías darnos más contexto? Porque también podría ser, por ejemplo, alguien (ya) se ha ocupado de la cuenta, pero sin contexto es muy difícil

En un término de negocios, normalmente significa que ya ha sido cobrada/pagada, sin embargo puede referirse a una cuenta vieja en la que se haya retomado para el proceso de cobro o pago.
