Other (about one hour a day) May 4

Besides work, checking the Quick Poll and some online shopping, I’m not a heavy Internet consumer, I prefer reading books, watching TV, cooking, being with my family…

I've tried deleting all social media apps off my phone (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

And, it honestly has helped significantly however, YouTube remains the one platform still eating away my time. I don't think I'll be able to delete it since I'm always learning new stuff on YouTube.

However, something that has helped me a little bit was the "Unhook" BROWSER EXTENSION which enables you to limit the kind of content you're shown, you could also customize it so that you're not recommended anything. So you're 100% intentional when you're on the platform.

As for my phone app... well, that still remains a puzzle that I need to solve.😅 ▲ Collapse
