desgranando tres notas a la vez
As far as I know, there is incoherence in the expression itself because notes should be "one after the other" even if they're played so fast, and "at a time" can mean "at once" or "at the same time". I think this is to mean they are played in groups of three, being the three of them so close, so fast played they seem to be played at once.

ligando tres notas a la vez
"Desgranando" suena poético y podría servir en un texto literario, pero el significado técnico preciso de "slur" en música es, como ya dijo alguien, 'ligadura'. Y como verbo, 'ligar'.
Es importante respetar este sentido porque la manera de lograr esa ligadura en la ejecución del instrumento requiere un modo particular de atacar esas notas para que suenen, precisamente, 'ligadas' --en vez de con la separación que da la ejecución normal. A veces, "slur" se refiere a un concepto relacionado con el de la ligadura", la técnica del 'glissando'.

About the "at a time" part, it does not mean 'all at once'. Thus, instead of 'a la vez', you can say "cada vez" if you think more clarity is needed.

Discussion
In Spanish there is also "ligadura de prolongación" which links two notes which are the same. In English, these notes are "tied". To distinguish, ours is called "de expresión".
